Beautiful colorful manufacts realized in glass with different kinds of blue and green dusts and oxide fusions.  These glass vases are part of the WMF Ikora series made of glass with the special Ikora technology of production. This rare and highly collectable item has a wonderful coloration realized with different shades of green and light blue shades.

This artifact has been realized by WMF Company. WMF, Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, produced glass and metal objects for about a century, but the period of the "Glass Glory" is the decade between 1926 and 1936. This company also produced metal tableware (in particular silvered flatware). The original 1883 glass house was destroyed during the First World War. Although production of Ikora glass resumed after the war, the art glass lines never achieved the same quality, or inspiration of design, or marketshare as before

The vase has been designed by Karl Wiedmann that in this period perfected the technique of iridized surfaces.
