Beautiful colorful manufact realized in glass with orange and brown dusts and oxide fusions.  This glass vase is part of the WMF Ikora collection made of glass with the special Ikora technology of production. This rare and highly collectable item has a wonderful coloration of orange and warm brown.

This artifact was realized by WMF Company. WMF , or Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, produced glass and metal objects for about a century, but the period of the "Glass Glory" is the decade between 1926 and 1936. This company also produced metal tableware (in particular silvered flatware). The original 1883 glass house was destroyed during World War I.

The vase was designed by Karl Wiedmann who in this period perfected the technique of iridized surfaces.
