This satirical print is plate n. 40 (as printed on the higher part of the artwork) from " The album of the 500 (Album dei 500) ,   Tipografia De Angelis, Naples, and represents a satirical scene of Italian politicians of the late XIX century.

The print represents the politician  Giuseppe Andrea Angeloni , deputy and then senator of the Kingdom of Italy after the Unity that was interested from the beginning of his own descent into the problems of the Tavoliere of Puglia. The scene represents indeed Angeloni while he is explaining his program to his supporters.

On the back there is the biography of the politician.

Signed  on plate on the lower left:  Manganaro .
