This satirical print is plate n. XVIII (as printed on the higher part of the artwork) from " The album of the 500 (Album dei 500) ,   Tipografia De Angelis, Naples, and represents a satirical scene of Italian politicians of the late XIX century.

The print represents the caricatures of three ministers (Giovanni Lanza, Cesare Ricotti, and Emilio Visconti Venosta) and Quintino Sella. On the back, there are the biographies.

Signed  and dated on plate on the lower right " Manganaro   1872 ".
