Zodiac Signs is is an original contemporary artwork realized in 1970s by Italian artist Mino Maccari (Siena, 1898 - Rome, 1989).

Original mixed colored watercolor on paper.

Mino Maccari (Siena, 1898 – Rome, 1989) was a popular Italian painter and engraver. He produced many artworks through different graphic techniques. He exhibited at important international exhibitions in the fields of art and graphics. In 1959, he became the director of the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome; in 1963, he won the Antonio Feltrinelli's prize for painting and became president of the San Luca Academy in Rome. He realized many lithographs and etchings of satirical and political subject matters. He was also famous for erotic and sexual drawings. Maccari has worked for many years at the cultural review Il Mondo.
