Window   is a beautiful mixed media (china ink and watercolor) on cream-colored paper, realized in the middle of the XX century by the Italian artist  Arturo Peyrot  (1908 - 1993).

Hand-signed  in black China ink on the lower right corner.

In very good conditions, the original sheet is glued on an ivory-colored cardboard sheet and mounted on a cardboard passepartout (49 x 34 cm). Except for a weavy paper on the lower and higher margins, overall in very good conditions, the artwork has preserved its beauty.

Arturo Peyrot (1908–1993)

Arturo Peyrot was an Italian artist, painter, and writer. Winner of the Fossati prize. Peyrot was born in Rome and died in Madrid. Peyrot made some of the frescoes in the Great Hall of the University of Rome.
