Aldo Tura (1909-1963), the "master of the parchment", was a famous Italian designer. His name is linked to the splendid mid-century tables and lamps, where he combined elements from Art Déco and Art Nouveau with a minimalist and personal design.
He often used unusual materials such as parchment, eggshell, goatskin and even wheels.
His works are synonymous with classic and timeless design, first-rate craftsmanship and furniture with a unique character.
