Set of Four Lambda Appliques - SOLD

This   Set of Four Lambda Appliques  is an original design lamp produced by Artemide on a project by Vico Magistretti in the 1960's.

The set includes four  lambda  model appliques made of chromed metal, brass and diffusers in cut crystal. 

Dimensions of each applique: cm 19 x 25 x 20.

Ludovico "Vico" Magistretti  (1920-2006) was an Italian designer, architect and urbanist.
His work was focused on furniture, lamps and objects known all over the world; the most important design museums have dedicated exhibitions and welcomed his works in their permanent collections.
His design idea was an innovative experimentation of materials, spatial solutions and forms far removed from the fashions of his age.

These appliques are a real artwork by a master of the industrial design.
