The artwork is an original item by Piero Fornasetti  (1913 - 1988);  one of the most important and famous Italian designers, engravers, and artists of the XX century. He lived most of his life in Milan, where he attended the Brera Academy of Art from 1930 to 1932. During World War II, he was exiled from 1943 to 1946. He created more than 11,000 items, whose style is reminiscent of Greek and Classical architecture and tradition.
