The product is a traditional Imari Japanese manifacture:  Imari ware   is the term for a brightly-colored style of Arita exported wares and  made in the area of Arita, Japan.  Typically Imari ware (in the English use of the term) is decorated in blue underglaze , with red, gold, black for the outlines, and sometimes other colors too.
