The Beverly Hills Hotel   is a beautiful black and white photograph realized in 1939 by an unknown photographer of the  Spence Air Photo .

The song  Hotel California  by the American rock band  Eagles  is slightly based on the folklore behind the hotel. The cover of the band's namesake album features a photo of the hotel itself.

This original photo is in excellent conditions, except for some light folds on the lower right corner and is mounted on the ivory-colored cardboard passepartout, cm 33.7 x 40.5.

On the lower right corner, the black stamp " Spence, Air Photo " and, on the lower left margin of the  verso , a blue-ink stamp " Spence Air Photo / 2404 West Seventh St. / Fitzroy 2948 / Los Angeles, Calif ." and some handwritten notes in black ink with the date " H-1895-11 3-10-39 / Beverly Hills Hotel ".

The Beverly Hills Hotel is a beautiful black and white photograph realized in 1939 by an unknown photographer of the Spence Air Photo .

A spectacular panoramic and aerial view highlights the Beverly Hills Hotel , the 5-star luxury hotel, the home of Hollywood past and present royalty, located on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills. This world's most famous hotel was established in May 1912, before the city's existence, and was designed by the Pasadena architect Elmer Grey, in the Mediterranean Revival style.
