Ico Parisi (Palermo, 1916 - Como, 1996) was an Italian architect and designer, considered as one of the most important figures of the 20th century design.
His activity, characterized by continuous experimentation, was a tireless research through architecture, art and design. The crucial encounters with Bruno Munari, Lucio Fontana and Fausto Melotti deeply mark his life and work. Around the 1950s, he founded, with his wife Luisa Aiani, the studio La Ruera which will cease its activity in 1995.
Parisi won the Gold Medal at the 10th Milan Triennale with his work Pavilion Soggiorno.
