Francois Mauriac was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1952. Mauriac addresses a tender letter to his fellow writer Boris Boui¨eff (1925-1979) with good wishes for Christmas: “...Tous mes voeux affectueux pour vous cher Boris...”.
