It represents an interior of a theatre; tabarin, born in France, was a location for the exhibition of theatre representations and dances. Some years later it became synonymous a kind of nightclub or a dancing. In the lithograph there are some people dancing on a stage; the figure has big eyes and the oulines are stylized with a yellow background.
