Seams on Violet  is an original artwork realized by the Italian contemporary artist  Mario Bigetti  in 2019.

In this work, the artist reflects on the idea of the end of painting. The artwork is characterized by a simple monochromatic acrylic painting on canvas with four linear cuts on the surface, in the center of the composition. The four cuts are put together with a simple and rough twine that creates a sense of union and cohesion. The artist reflects on the concept of beauty with painting.
