Geometries

Geometries  is a beautiful colored serigraph on cream-colored paper, realized in the 1970s by the Italian artist  Luigi Montanarini (1906-1998) and published by La Nuova Foglio, a publishing house of Macerata, Italy, as the dry-stamp points on the lower right corner of the sheet.

Hand-signed and numbered in pencil on the lower margin. From a rare edition of La Nuova Foglio with a circulation of 50 prints.

This contemporary and Informal artwork, representing a synthetic colorful abstract composition, shows how Montanarini frees the color from the geometric rigor in a bidimensional surface.

In excellent conditions, except for some color cracks on the right and left margins and in the dark violet area. This defect does not affect the image.
