The artwork represents a Biblical episode from the Book of Ezekiel. The first verses of the book, indeed, narrate the descent of a creature from the sky. The creature is made up of a combination of four different living beings with human features. The title of the artwork comes from one of the verses of Ezekiel written on the Japanese paper sheet attached to the artwork.
