Vintage Brass  is an original artwork realized by  Harvey Guzzini . Harvey Guzzini is often mistakenly considered the name of a lighting designer active between the 60s and 70s; it is actually the name of an Italian lamp manufacturer, founded by six Guzzini brothers (Raimondo, Giovanni, Virgilio, Giuseppe, Adolfo and Giannunzio), which takes its name from the 1950 film Harvey, starring James Stewart. Further complicating their history, the brothers renamed the factory several times over the course of the 20th century, choosing names such as Harvey Creazioni, Harvey Guzzini, Guzzini, iGuzzini, and Illuminazione Guzzini. Harvey Creazioni was originally founded in 1959 in Recanati by Raimondo, who mainly focuses on the creation of copper-plated decorative objects; four years later, in June 1963, the brothers joined in business creating Guzzini's Harvey Creations, and expanding the production, which since then will include lamps and chandeliers, wall lights, and floor lamps. The brothers hire architect and designer Luigi Massoni - introduced to the brothers by plastic import magnate Maurizio Adreani - as head of design, public relations, and advertising.
