Beautiful decorative plate realized with a hammered decoration on a flared stand ring arched wall with a narrow flag. The plate is brilliant and shiny, and it is an interesting example of the Bauhaus decorative style.  The  Bauhaus  was founded in 1919 in the city of Weimar by the German architect Walter Gropius. Its core objective was to reimagine the material world to reflect the unity of all the arts. In 1925, the Bauhaus moved from Weimar to Dessau, where Gropius designed a new building to house the school.
